  • WHAT AGE DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND JACK'S?

    Jack’s is always all ages!


    Age 4 and under: FREE Entry with a paid Adult. No Ticket Needed

    Age 5-11: Must have a Ticket. 12 and under must always be accompanied by a caregiver.

    Age 18+ Must have a Ticket. 18+ to participate in Axe Throwing.


    Every guest 5 years and over requires an individual ticket or package to enter. Please Note: ticket prices at the door may be a higher price than pre-purchased tickets online.


    While the experience is fun for all ages prior to 7pm, please keep in mind after 7pm the festivities turn boozy so we recommend families come out during our earlier hours.


    All ages are welcome to stay throughout the event, at parent discretion. After 7pm, under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • MY MOBILE TICKET DOESN'T SHOW EVERYTHING I PURCHASED?

    No worries, you don't have to do a thing! Your email confirmation will detail everything you have purchased. Due to 3rd party limitations, when you view your mobile ticket, it will only display Entry, Corn Maze, and Axe Throwing (if purchased). Once your QR code is scanned at our entrance, our team will be able to see all of the items in your package and/or any add-ons.

    Howl ya' doing?!? We are so thrilled you are selecting Jack’s Pumpkin Pop-Up to create such a special moment for you & your forever partner!


    A few things to remember while planning your proposal: 


    Everyone you invite to witness your extraordinary commitment must have a ticket to enter. Simply purchase a package that is best suited for your group. Please keep in mind, this also helps carry out the surprise and makes everything appear “routine”. 


    Hire a professional photographer! This will help capture and ensure long-lasting memories. Please be sure to plan and discuss beforehand what you are looking for in this unforgettable moment. 

    The photographer you select must have a ticket to enter Jack’s. The photographer will need to purchase this themselves, as it must be their name and information to enter. Obviously, you can negotiate directly with your photographer for the repayment. Please keep in mind they should arrive 15-30 mins prior to you to plan lightening, placement and quickly check in with our manager on duty.


    If you are not hiring a professional photographer, we cannot guarantee you will capture your once-in-a-lifetime moment and highly suggest you enlist people you trust and can count on to capture it for you.


    We highly suggest you plan your proposal around Jack’s Infamous Pumpkin house, due to the lighting, if you are planning to proposal at dusk or later.

    After checking in to the event with your crew, in a “routine” way, we suggest you excuse yourself for a moment and make your way back to the Box Office. Here, you can request the team contact the manager on duty, to begin and execute your plan with the team’s assistance. Again, please note we cannot guarantee photography.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY TICKET DATE & TIME?

    Please note reservations are non-refundable and not changeable, as you agreed to when purchased. We hope to see you at your selected time and date.

  • I'M COMING WITH GROUP. SHOULD WE BUY OUR TICKET TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY?

    The ticket and package prices are the same price, there is no additional discounts, for any reason. If all your guests are not arriving at the same time, we highly suggest each individual person purchases their ticket or package separately.


    Please note during your check in process at the front door if tickets were purchased under one name for your group the person whose name is on the reservation must be present with a valid ID, matching the credit card used to purchase the tickets, before anyone from the group can enter.

  • CAN WE BRING OUR ANIMALS TO JACK'S?

    We love animals! Unfortunately, at this time, we can only allow certified service animals.


    For the comfort of all, service animals must always remain on a leash while inside the event and you are required to always clean up after your service animal.


    Please Note: Jack’s is an immersive Fall experience decorate with Straw, Hay, Corn and other items from local farms which may be dangerous if consumed by animals.


    Please be aware you agree and acknowledge you are always fully responsible for your animal safety.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We are 100% Cashless and ONLY take Credit Cards or Apple Pay. A current government issued ID, which matches the name on the credit card must be presented at time of payment. We do not accept Cash at any time.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?

  • DO I HAVE TO WEAR MASK?

    This year, Jack’s will follow all required COVID-19 City and State guidelines. Jack’s is 100% outdoor experience and currently guests are NOT REQUIRED to wear masks.

  • IS JACK'S OPEN EVERYDAY?

    Rain or Shine We are OPEN EVERYDAY, and we are 100% Outdoors!

  • CAN I REFUND MY TICKET?

    Please note tickets are non-refundable, as noted and agreed when purchased.

  • DO YOU HAVE BAR?

    We offer a full bar for those guests 21+ from open to close with a wide selection of both Alcoholic (21+) and Non-Alcoholic Drinks for you to purchase. If drink ticket(s) are included in your package you may select your choice of Alcoholic (21+) and Non-Alcoholic drinks from our Seasonal Fall Drink Ticket Menu!

  • DO YOU ACCEPT WALK UPS?

    We do accept “walk ups” at the door if we are not SOLD OUT and you can pay when you arrive. Prices vary by date and time and are often higher at the door on the event date. We are 100% Cashless. We ONLY accept Credit Cards and Apple Pay. Activities are first come, first serve, and might be SOLD OUT if not pre-purchased.


    Please Note: you MUST present a valid government issued ID which matches your Credit Card/Apple Pay when you pay at the door for tickets.

  • FOOD?

    From irresistible Treats and seasonal Snacks to Fall’s Festival favorites we have you covered! On select weekend nights we have rotating food trucks to the mix!


    Lastly, we are surrounded by numerous delicious food options and suggest you support a local Chicago restaurant prior or after your visit with us!

  • WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?

    Jack’s is 100% outdoors. We use a large volume of hay, straw & corn to bring Jack’s to life! It is very comparable to visiting an outdoor farm.


    If you have a hay or straw allergy or think you might have one, we strongly suggest you consider our immersive environment BEFORE purchasing your tickets.


    Please remember, all sales are final. Reservations are non-refundable and not changeable, after purchase.

  • DO YOU SELL PUMPKINS?

    We offer a wide selection of both Traditional Orange and Heirloom and Specialty Pumpkins, from mini to monster, for you to purchase & take home!


    Pumpkins can be purchased with a Ticket online or added as a Add on when you arrive! Simply, inquire at the box office upon entry to pre-purchase and make check out a breeze or search the patch and pay upon exiting! Please remember, you must have a ticket to enter.


     


    Jacks is a one-of-a-kind immersive experience that requires all who want to enter the property, to have an admission ticket. Although we understand it is just a pumpkin, you’re after, we can’t be too careful of those tricksters trying to steal the many treats’ Jacks has to offer!   • MAY I BUY DIFFERENT TIME AND SHOW UP WHEN I WANT?

    You must arrive within 30mins of your purchased ticketed time for access.

  • IS JACK'S STROLLER AND WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

    Jack’s welcomes and loves guests of all abilities! Our 2 acres in downtown Chicago are completely covered in straw and hay and located on unpaved and uneven farm ground. We do our very best to make our event as accessible in every area, to all our guests as possible.


    Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons can be brought on premises and are able to complete most of the corn maze, but the ground (like any farm) can be bumpy in spots, and wheelchairs will need someone pushing/helping. Other areas of the event are spread out over a combination of straw, dirt, and gravel which could be somewhat difficult to push through. Assistance from a caregiver should be planned for.


    When you arrive our leadership team is always happy to answer any other questions you might have and help in any way we can. We look forward to celebrating with you.

    Let's dive into the juicy details. Jack's is like THE autumn wonderland where tweens and teens can soak up all those fall vibes. It's basically a full-blown festival of fun, and let's be real, those kids are gonna feel like autumn royalty hanging out in that lively scene. And if you've got little pumpkins aged 10 and below, they're in for a treat with gem mining and taking on the legendary corn maze. 🌽💎


     


    But wait up – while we're all about a rocking birthday fiesta, here's the scoop: we're not the designated seating or party zones kinda crew. Our vibe is all about keeping the autumn energy soaring, and yep, we've got bars on hand to serve up some goodness to the 21+ gang who are down for a great time.

  • WHAT DATES WILL JACKS BE IN CHICAGO?

    September 22rd – October 31!

  • DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

    There is a plethora of free street parking surrounding Jack's that is available on a first-come-first-serve basis...this is Chicago you know! Also, on select nights there is Valet Parking/VIP Parking closer to the event, operated by a 3rd party, so cost varies. As a reminder, we suggest you do not bring, carry or store personal or valuable items in your parked car. Please lock items in your trunk if you need to. You are parking in CHICAGO, please be aware and careful when selecting parking.

  • IS JACK'S PUMPKIN PATCH POPUP SCARY?

    No, Jack’s is fun for all ages! Our unique Pumpkin Patch includes fall and Halloween themed elements, such as giant pumpkins, skeletons, spiders, and scarecrows to name a few. Jack’s is not a scary environment and you will not find frights, gore, surprises, or shocks here!

  • CAN I BRING MY OWN DRINKS AND FOOD INTO JACK'S?

    No, unfortunately bringing food and drinks into an event is prohibited by the City of Chicago. A full bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is available for purchase at Jack’s from open to close!

  • MAY I TAKE PHOTOS AT JACK'S?

  • DO YOU ALLOW RE-ENTRY?

    No, we do not allow re-entry at any time. Once you leave the event you are no longer able to re-enter for any reason.

  • I PURCHASED INSURANCE FOR MY TICKET... NOW WHAT?

    We cannot speak to what is and what is not covered in the terms you accepted. Therefore, we urge you to contact the insurance vendor directly. If you cannot find the information we would suggest you reach out to Showclix.com customer support and ask to be put in contact with the insurance team.

  • TELL ME MORE ABOUT INFAMOUS CORN MAZE?

    Jack’s offers the largest and only corn maze in downtown Chicago! Prior to 7PM the corn maze is family friendly, After 7PM the festivities turn BOO-zy and it is geared towards adults 21+ however, anyone under 21 is welcome to stay until we close, when accompanied by a caregiver. Access to the corn maze is included in your ticket to Jack’s!

  • HELP! I CAN'T FIND MY TICKETS FOR JACK'S

    We understand how frustrating not receiving your tickets can be! First, did you check your email spam folder or ensure you used an active email/phone number to receive? Take a look and see if you can locate them. If not, no worries. When you arrive at Jack’s, our expert check in team at the entrance can help locate your tickets. Simply, be prepared to present a Current valid government issued ID which matches the name/credit card you used to purchase them. It’s that easy. Now go grab your cohorts and get ready to have some unforgettable Fall fun with us!

    The prices online are the lowest we are able to offer this year. Due to Covid and increased unexpected costs, we apologize but there are no additional discounts available for any reason, regardless of group size. We have worked hard to keep access as low as we possibly can to make Jacks affordable for everyone. We hope to see you this year!

  • WHY DO YOU HAVE TIMES ON TICKETS?

    Jack’s is so eventful throughout the season that our timed entry is a way to control the arrival, and the number of guests allowed on the property at a given time. Much like life, it’s not foolproof, but we do our best to provide ease of entry and the most memorable experience for all!  We can’t wait to Celebrate with you at Jack’s this Season

  • DO TICKETS SELL OUT? OR INCREASE IN PRICE?

    Jack’s Pumpkin Pop Up is a limited pop-up experience! We encourage advance ticket purchase as soon as you confirm your party date time and size to capture the best value.


    Prices vary by the date, time, and package you select. The closer to the date, ticket prices usually increase, if they are available. We often sell out for prime dates.


    Events on our platform may have tickets that are “market-priced,” so ticket prices and fees may adjust over time based on demand. This is similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold. A service & processing fee is added to the price of each ticket. These fees vary by selected event date, time, and bundle.


    All Sales are final.

    Please careful select, review, and confirm your date and time when purchasing.

    Tickets are non-refundable, not changeable, and non-transferable after purchase.

  • ARE HALLOWEEN COSTUMES ALLOWED?

    We love Halloween. We have Costume Guidelines to help ensure all guests have a great time!

    All event attendees may dress in their favorite costume and must follow these guidelines:


    Costumes should be appropriate for an all-age venue and may not be obstructive, offensive, or violent.

    Costumes should not contain any weapons which resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.

    Costumes should not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another Guest.

    Guests may wear masks. However, masks must not obstruct vision and eyes must be visible at all times.

    Costumes should not drag on the ground.

    Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into the event unless the costume can be modified to meet the above guidelines.
